"I’ve been a personal trainer for four years, with a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competitive sports. My passion is helping men build strength, resilience, and confidence—both in and out of the gym.
I created Omega Performance to be more than just a place to train. It’s a community built for men who want to push themselves, break bad habits, and surround themselves with others striving for success. My coaching style is tough but adaptable—everyone has different motivation triggers, and I know how to bring out the best in people.
